- Serving as the first Social Worker in inpatient palliative care, outpatient oncology, and community mental health programs
- Co-developing community programs within Leadership Tomorrow, Sevier County, Tennessee
- Creating new roles from the ground up, mentoring professionals, and designing patient-centered programs
