VIRTUAL (ONLINE) THERAPY ONLY
I have found virtual therapy to be superior to in-person because there are less traffic and time hassles or interferences and more opportunities to engage in quality therapy while in the convenience and comfort of your own home or safe space.
You do not have to be a technology wizard to participate in virtual therapy. You only need a device such as a laptop or desktop computer or smartphone, a web camera (attached or part of the device), speakers and microphone (attached or part of the device), and high-speed internet for connectivity.
I provide services and am inclusive of all young adults to seniors, first responders, veterans, LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and any other community you belong to.
